Most savoury snacks just aren’t right - nutritionally imbalanced and loaded with salt and simple sugars. With cricket flour, we were able to develop, a truly guilt-free and delicious snack - our protein crackers, that retain high amount of vitamins by drying at low temperature to 46°C.
